When can I apply to lease a suite?

How close are we to campus?
The Els is only a 5 minute walk from the University of Toronto Scarborough
campus.
What is an individual lease?
Each resident signs their own lease for their private suite, so you’re only
responsible for your rent. Common areas like the kitchen and living room are
shared spaces.
What are rent installments and where do I make payments?
A rental installment is a payment made as part of a series of payments. To
simplify the billing process, the entire sum of the lease contract is divided
into equal installments. Each installment is due on the 1st of each month.
